Professional Career

National Trainer, Cannonball Moments

In his most recent role as National Trainer with Cannonball Moments, he brought his experience in home sales and team development to organizations nationwide. He delivered in-person training sessions for builders and developers, focusing on sales performance, customer management, and leadership. His customized programs were designed to align with company goals and sales strategies.

Ardavon worked closely with executive teams to evaluate training needs, implement targeted solutions, and improve team outcomes. His approach combined practical industry knowledge with a focus on personal growth, helping teams strengthen performance and accountability.

Director of Sales and Marketing, DRB Homes

Before joining Cannonball Moments, he served as Director of Sales and Marketing at DRB Homes in Orlando, Florida. Reporting to the Division President and National VP of Sales and Marketing, he oversaw due diligence projects, including environmental assessments, traffic studies, and utility coordination.

Ardavon established connections with local organizations and vendors, hosted networking events, and negotiated with landowners and agencies to secure favorable conditions for development. He also managed site development, ensuring contractors met local standards and project timelines. Under his leadership, the company successfully opened nine communities. He further strengthened the company’s presence in Florida through effective marketing strategies and brand expansion.

Director of Sales, Dream Finders Homes

He began his career at Dream Finders Homes in 2020 as a Sales Consultant. He advanced to Area Manager within a year and later became Sales Director. In this leadership position, he managed over 20 sales professionals and multiple Area Managers in the Orlando area while guiding the Tampa Division rollout.

His strong operational insight and hands-on management style were key in evaluating land opportunities, analyzing new deals, setting pricing, and developing marketing and lending strategies. He was pivotal in launching new communities across Orlando and Tampa, working with municipalities, contractors, and local organizations to ensure successful project execution. His leadership helped expand the company’s reach into a new market while maintaining quality and performance standards.

Ardavon values adaptability and innovation, which are essential in an industry that continues to evolve. He earned an Associate’s Degree in Business Management from Seminole State College in Central Florida. He is also a Certified Federal and State Paralegal through the Blackstone Institute and holds a Corporate Finance & Environmental Governance certification.

Outside his professional work, he taught himself to play piano at age 26, reflecting his commitment to learning and personal development.
